Vegan Tofu and Chocolate Pudding Pie

½ cup melted vegan butter
2 cups chocolate wafer cookies
2 tbsp almond milk
½ cup granulated sugar
Filling:
16 oz silken tofu
9 oz dairy-free chocolate chips
¼ cup granulated sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Crust: Combine butter, crushed chocolate wafers, almond milk, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake Crust: Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
