Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
Dried basil: 1 teaspoon
Salt: to taste

Tofu: 1 block, pressed and cubed
Vegetables: Assorted (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
Chili oil: 2 tablespoons
Garlic oil: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Making the Spelt Dough Base
Activate Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Mix Dough: In a large bowl, combine spelt flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead Dough: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let Dough Rise: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preparing the Easy Tomato Sauce
Cook Sauce: In a small saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Combine Ingredients: Add tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
