Homemade Garlic Herb Flatbread

1 teaspoon of salt
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped (or other herbs like cilantro, dill, or basil)
Instructions
Activate the Yeast:
In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Add the yogurt and olive oil to the flour mixture.
Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Shape the Flatbreads:
Punch down the dough and divide it into 10-12 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a ball and then flatten it into an oval or round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
