CLASSIC TOMATO SANDWICH RECIPE

  • Basil leaves: Fresh basil for an aromatic touch

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread:
    • Toast the bread slices lightly if you prefer a bit of crunch, or leave them soft for a more traditional approach.
  2. Slice the Tomatoes:
    • Wash and dry the tomatoes. Slice them into thick, even slices, about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Assemble the Sandwich:
    • Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
    • Layer the tomato slices evenly on one slice of the bread.
