Cheesy Beef and Potato Casserole

4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of paprika
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or similar-sized casserole dish.

Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft and translucent.
Season the beef mixture with salt, pepper, dried thyme, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
