1 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if desired)
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/4 cup melted vegan butter or margarine
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the Batter:
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond milk, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. The batter should be smooth and thick enough to coat the cauliflower.
