Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

1 lb chicken tenders
8 slices of bacon
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken tenders.
Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and browned.
Transfer the chicken tenders to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
Cooking Tips
Ensure the bacon is wrapped tightly around the chicken tenders to keep the flavors intact.
If you prefer your chicken tenders to be extra crispy, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of the baking time.
