Zucchini Balls with Rice and Garlic Sauce

Your favorite herbs and spices
To make the garlic sauce:
50g (about 1/4 cup) Sour cream
50g (about 1/4 cup) Mustard sauce
Cut up garlic
Chopped fresh dill

How to Do It:

For the balls of zucchini:
Get the zucchini ready:
Add salt to the zucchini after grating it. For 10 minutes, let it steep to get rid of any extra water.
After 10 minutes, use a clean cooking towel or cheesecloth to squeeze out the extra water from the zucchini.
Get the zucchini balls ready by:

Grate the zucchini and put it in a big bowl. Add the ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, Herbs of Provence, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Mix the items together well until they are all mixed in.
Roll the dough into little balls.
Bake the balls of zucchini:
Warm the oven up to 400°F (200°C).
Put the zucchini balls on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it.
Put them in the oven for 30 minutes, or until they are hard and golden brown.
