1 slice 1” thick baked ham, finely diced
1/2 cup finely diced celery
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoons Miracle Whip (not mayonnaise)
salt and pepper to taste
Whole wheat bread for serving
Preparation
Combine ham, celery, relish, Miracle Whip salt, and pepper in bowl.
Toast bread. Use 2 slices per sandwich for single layer or use 3 slices each for a double decker. Spread ham salad on bread and cut diagonally to serve.
Best served with potato chips and dill pickle spears. Refrigerate any leftover ham salad.
