We have been making this recipe since my friend from Hawaii showed it to me!

Half a cup of diced celery and half a cup of grated carrots.

1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise, 2 thinly sliced green onions, and 1/4 cup of minced sweet onion.

Mix 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar with 2 teaspoons of oil.

One small spoon of salt, a quarter cup of sugar, and half a small spoon of ground pepper.

How to follow the rules.

Follow the package instructions and cook the macaroni until it is slightly soft. After removing extra liquid, allow it to cool.

After the macaroni has cooled down, mix it with the grated carrot, finely chopped sweet onion, sliced green onions, and chopped celery in a big bowl.

In another small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

4. Put the sauce on top of the macaroni mix and mix well to cover everything evenly.

Cool the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving so that all the flavors can blend together.

Before serving, mix the salad well, taste it, and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
