This dish is my husband’s favorite. As soon as we’re done with one serving, he’s already getting seconds.

2 lbs of beef stew meat or chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 onion, finely chopped

3 cloves of garlic, minced

4 cups beef broth

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 bay leaf

3 cups egg noodles

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup water
