- 1/3 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Oil (olive or vegetable), for frying (enough to coat the bottom of the skillet)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Dijon mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the Fritters: Shape the chicken mixture into small patties.
- Heat the Oil: In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Fry the Fritters: Cook the fritters in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
