“Sweet Cinnamon Crust Bread”

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, mix together the sugar, egg, milk, and oil.
Make the Batter:
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. The batter will be slightly lumpy.
Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar:
In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar for the topping.
Assemble the Bread:
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter.
Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over the batter.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
