- Potatoes1 glass of white wine and 1 glass of water
Preparation:
- First, lay out the turkey slices well, add salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat with eggs, bread, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Then spread the mixture over the turkey slices.
- Roll up and cover with bacon, rosemary, oil and wrap in baking paper.
- Place in the pan with the potato, herbs, a glass of white wine and one of water.
- Bake at 200° for 50 minutes.
