Slow Cooker Cheddar Corn with Bacon

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or butter.

Combine Ingredients:
Add the frozen corn, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, butter, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder to the slow cooker. Stir to combine the ingredients.

Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the cheese and cream cheese melt evenly.

Add Bacon:
About 10 minutes before serving, stir in the crumbled bacon. Continue cooking for the remaining time.

Serve:
Once the corn mixture is hot and creamy, taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Serve warm as a side dish.
