1 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 to 5 cups thinly sliced cabbage (about 1/2 head of cabbage)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
