Never heard of this combo before, but tried a bite of this ‘Berry Bliss’ cake and I knew I couldn’t have it any other way!

Servings: 8-10
Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
– 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 2 large eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup fresh blueberries (a frozen option works too, just make sure to drain any excess liquid)
– 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional, but adds a nice brightness!)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan. We’re aiming for easy release and presentation points!
