Preparation of the chicken:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Both sides are ready, each side takes 6-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan
Prepare the sauce:
Similarly, add a little more oil if necessary and fry the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant but not burnt. To clean the chicken, scrape the chicken’s throat and remove any black spots from the bottom of the pan. .
Mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, apple cider vinegar and smoked paprika. Boil the mixture.
Preparation of the sauce:
Use the corn-water mixture in a pan. Continue cooking and stirring for 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Mix the the sauce with chicken:
Return the chicken to the pan and add the sauce. Cook for another 3 minutes, making sure the chicken is browned and cooked through.
