Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

1/2 cup green onions, sliced: Freshness and a pop of color.
Sesame seeds for garnish: Adds a nutty finish.

Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Noodles:
Cook 8 oz of spaghetti or ramen noodles according to package directions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add 1 lb ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
3️⃣ Add Garlic:
Once the beef is browned, add 3 cloves minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4️⃣ Make the Sauce:
Stir in 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup beef broth, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional). Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
5️⃣ Combine with Noodles:
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss them in the sauce until well coated.
