Life just got easier. My hubby can’t stop eating this! Just 5 ingredients!

– 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced

– 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease and season the meat with salt and pepper.

3. Arrange a layer of thinly sliced potatoes at the bottom of the greased baking dish. Put the cooked ground beef evenly on top of the potatoes.

4. In a medium bowl, mix the condensed cream of mushroom soup with milk until well combined. Pour this mixture over the beef layer.
