Life just got better with this 3-ingredient sensation

– 2 can of crescent roll dough (8 ounces each)

– Pork sausage crumbles (~20 ounces)

– 8 ounces of cream cheese

Instructions:

1. Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) to ensure it comes to the right temperature for baking your casserole.

2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat, stirring and breaking it apart with a spatula, until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain any exc
ess grease if necessary.
3. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese to the skillet with the sausage. Stir together until the cream cheese is well incorporated with the sausage and the mixture is creamy. Remove the skillet from heat and set aside.
4. Next, unroll the can of crescent dough and gently press it into the bottom of a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish, making sure to cover the entire surface. You may need to pinch together any seams if using crescent roll pieces to create a single layer of dough.

5. Spread the sausage and cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough in the baking dish.

6. Layer second can on top of the sausage mixture to create a “top crust.”
