Aren’t you glad, this information is free? Imagine if we lived in a world where you had to pay for someone to tell you water is hydrating. Well, but here’s the thing. You rehydrating your body after sleeping for 6-8 hours is the biggest benefit you can get from drinking lemon water. Proper hydration is important for your gut health, your energy levels, your mental health and believe it or not drinking more water can actually help you burn more calories.
