Kielbasa With Sauerkraut Recipe

2 pounds Sauerkraut (drained and chopped)
2 large Onions (diced)

2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
Salt and pepper (to taste)
