Instructions
Finely chop the cabbage and carrots, ensuring the pieces are small, almost rice-sized. Mince the onion.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add the chopped cabbage, carrots, and minced onion to the dressing. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For best results, let it sit overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
