Janet’s Decadent Banana Bread

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 medium bananas, sliced
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir this dry mixture into the butter mixture until smooth.
Gently fold in the sour cream, walnuts, and sliced bananas until evenly distributed.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
