– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.
