Flourless and Sugar-Free Healthy Cookies!

1 cup Peanuts
2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Jerusalem Artichoke Syrup (or an alternative natural sweetener)
1 Ripe Banana
Instructions:
1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).

2. Blending: Place the peanuts in a food processor and blend until they are finely ground.

3. Mixing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground peanuts with the white and black sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, natural sweetener, and mashed ripe banana. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

4. Shaping: Form the mixture into biscuit shapes using your hands and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

5. Baking: Bake the biscuits for 15-20 minutes, or until they are beautifully golden and firm to the touch.
