CREAMY SHRIMP TORTELLINI ALFREDO CASSEROLE

Cook Tortellini: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Shrimp: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Make Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked tortellini and shrimp back into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to combine and heat through for 2 minutes.
Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley (if desired), and serve immediately.
