1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic and diced onion for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Let the mixture simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the crab meat and cooked shrimp to the skillet, stirring gently to combine with the creamy spinach.
Season with nutmeg (if using), and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately as a side dish or over rice or pasta.
