Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.

Cook the lobster: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the lobster tails cut-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until the shells turn red.

Flip and bake: Flip the lobster tails, add 2 tbsp butter, and baste with the melted butter. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Make the garlic butter sauce: In a separate pan, melt the remaining butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Create the sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, bring it to a simmer, and stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.

Assemble and serve: Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the lobster tails and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes:

Serve over pasta or with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
