Creamy Beef and Shells

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 cups beef broth

½ cup sour cream

1 cup mild cheddar cheese

2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Préparations :

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil and cook pasta shells according to package instructions until tender. Strain and set aside.Meanwhile, saute ground beef, red pepper, and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is tender.
