COUNTRY APPLE FRITTER BREAD

Set your oven to preheat at 350°F (175°C). Ready a 9×5-inch loaf pan by applying grease and sprinkling flour over it.
In a mid-sized bowl, merge the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a more substantial bowl, whip granulated sugar and softened butter until they achieve a light and airy texture.
Incorporate the eggs sequentially into the butter blend, and then integrate the vanilla extract.
Gradually introduce the blend of dry ingredients and buttermilk to the moist ingredients, initiating and concluding with the dry components, stirring until just amalgamated to retain tenderness.
In a distinct bowl, amalgamate the diced apples with 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Disperse half of the prepared batter into the loaf pan, then intersperse with half of the apple blend. Perform a repeat with the remaining batter and apple mixture.
Permit to bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean.
For the glaze, fuse the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until achieving a smooth consistency.
Post baking, allow the loaf to settle and cool in the pan for roughly 15 minutes, then lavish the warm loaf with the prepared glaze.
Ensure the loaf has completely cooled prior to slicing and serving.
Cooking Tips:
Allow butter and eggs to reach room temperature for smoother mixing.
Use appropriate measuring cups for dry and wet ingredients for accuracy.
Mix ingredients just until combined to keep the loaf tender.
Choose sweet apple varieties and cut them uniformly for optimal flavor and distribution.
