Cinnamon Roll Cake

3 cups all-purpose flour.
1 ½ cups milk.
1 cup white sugar.
2 eggs.
4 teaspoons baking powder.
2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
¼ teaspoon salt.
¼ cup butter, melted.
1 cup butter, softened.
1 cup brown sugar.
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon.
2 cups confectioners’ sugar.
5 tablespoons milk.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Mix 3 cups flour, 1 ½ cups milk, 1 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, 4 teaspoons baking powder, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon salt together in a large bowl until well-combined. Stir in ¼ cup melted butter. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
