Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or oat substitute). flour for a gluten-free option)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or sugar substitute for a low-calorie option)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
