1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Additional chocolate chips for filling
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
Melt Butter and Chocolate: Melt the butter and chocolate chips together. Allow to cool slightly.
Whisk Wet Ingredients: Whisk the sugars, eggs, and vanilla together. Stir into the melted chocolate mixture.
Sift and Fold: Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Fold everything together to combine.
Chill Dough: Chill the dough for 15 minutes for easier handling.
Form Cookies: Form the dough into balls. Insert a few extra chocolate chips in the center of each ball and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops are glossy and cracked.
