This is how it’s done: clean the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk and cut it thinly.

Then clean the peppers and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions and chop them roughly.

Next, clean the spring onions and cut them into bite-sized strips. Drain the soybeans.

Next, heat the oil in the wok until very hot. Wash the meat and cut it into bite-sized cubes.

Now fry the meat in oil, then sprinkle with cornstarch, roast briefly and then take the meat out again.

Now add all the vegetables to the wok and fry briefly while stirring.
