Chicken-Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy !!

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste.

Vegetable oil for frying.

For the Mashed Potatoes:

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 cup milk.

¼ cups butter.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

For the Gravy:

¼ cup all-purpose flour.

2 cups milk.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

Instructions:

Chicken-Fried Steak:

Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper into the flour in a shallow bowl.
