In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the tater tots.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
