Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

Roll out the pizza dough floured surface. If you like larger loaves, roll them to half their width. Open wide for soft bread.

Cut into bars: Use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife to cut the dough into 1-inch-thick slices.

Prepare the garlic sauce: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Brush the dough: Brush the top of the dough with the garlic mixture.

Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the bread. Then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Herbs: Alternatively, you can spice up the cheese by sprinkling dried thyme on it.

Turn and place: Gently turn each piece of dough over and place on the prepared sheet, leaving space between each piece.

Baking: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Preparation: Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
