BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot, adjust to taste)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese for added flavor
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: Chopped green onions or fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and hot sauce until well combined.
Add the shredded chicken and stir until it’s thoroughly coated with the creamy mixture.
Introduce the shredded cheddar cheese and, if desired, crumbled blue cheese for depth of flavor.
Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients harmonize.
Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until it’s hot, bubbly, and has a golden-brown top.
After baking, let the dip cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro for a pop of freshness.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or your preferred dippers.
