1/2 onion, diced
1 diced bell pepper
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 can (14.5 ounces) petite diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
2. Transfer the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker.
