Baked Chicken Wings with Mustard Cream Sauce

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Wings:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased wire rack.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
