Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg.
Dip each chicken wing in the egg, then coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking, and arrange the wings in a single layer.
Lightly spray the wings with olive oil to help them crisp up.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
