Delicious Turkey and Stuffing Balls

Two cups of finely chopped leftover turkey
Two cups of the remaining stuffing
One beaten egg (to aid in binding the mixture)
1/4 cup of optional turkey gravy (for added flavor to the mixture)
One-fourth cup of breadcrumbs, optional for texture
To taste, add salt and pepper.
Spray with olive oil (for air-frying or baking)
