Easy Ravioli Lasagna
The scrooge of the dining room will be pleased with this easy-to-make, quick-to-serve dish of ravioli lasagna.
When you have guests over or are really busy that night, this is perfect. I’m all for keeping myself occupied, and I really like doing so when it involves helping out with the kids’ extracurricular activities and school functions.
Still, it’s great to be able to catch one’s breath every once in a while. It would be fantastic to channel the enthusiasm of the little ones.
Ingredients
Two jars of spaghetti sauce in any flavor you like
Two 30-ounce bags of prepared ravioli, either frozen or fresh
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
