Ingredients
one spoon of olive oil
1/2 cup of chopped onion.
1/4 cup of celery, cut into small pieces.
1/4 cup of carrot pieces.
2 cloves of garlic, diced
2 tablespoons of thick tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (if you prefer a spicy flavor)
Put salt and black pepper as much as you like.
