- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (or use pecan cookie chips for convenience)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, for coating
