Snowball Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (or use pecan cookie chips for convenience)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, for coating
