Golden Fluffy Mango Mousse

Ingredients

1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
1 packet of unflavored gelatin (about 1 tbsp)
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
½ cup of water
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Gelatin:
In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in ½ cup of water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom, then gently heat it over low heat, stirring until fully dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly.
